Dr. Sofía Swatt is a Naturopathic Practitioner and the in-house peptide specialist at Thera Glow Labs, specializing in integrative medicine that brings together naturopathic principles, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and modern longevity strategies.
With a background in Natural Medicine and Environmental Engineering from UC Berkeley, she brings an inherently interdisciplinary approach, grounded in both systems thinking and clinical application.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Swatt has experience developing IV and peptide therapy protocols, with a focused interest in peptides and bioregulators as emerging tools for supporting healthy aging, recovery, and long-term vitality.
Her work centers on bridging foundational healing practices and advanced therapeutic innovations, creating treatment strategies that are both intentional and designed to support the body over time.
